This is a gorgeous embroidered halter neckline styled blouse. This is just gorgeous. Ties at the back of the neck. Pretty embroidery and a contrast hemline with pretty stitching. This is very unique as Savanna Jane items are. This runs true to size. I am 5’4” 150 pounds with a 38D bust line. I miss wearing the small. If you carry a lot of weight in your chest and upper back, you could size up for a more relaxed fit. Pretty styled with our Rosalyn Ruffle Pants in Black.
