Return Policy


Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, if something does not work out, we are here to help!

 

Please look over your order as soon as you get it.  If you think that you have received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.  If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you.

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.  We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order.  Allow about 10 days for shipping which means 10 calendar days prior to the 30 day deadline.
  • Anything purchased with a 40% or more discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn.
  • Include your return form and original receipt.  If helps us if you circle the items you wish to return.

  • Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process your return once it is received. 

If an ineligible item is returned to us:

  • Returns postmarked after 30 days from order sate are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc)This restocking fee is equal to 10% of the original purchase price or $3 /item whichever is greater.
  • Ineligible returns (including returns that are postmarked after 30 days of order date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld) can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
  • We will make every effort to contact you and during this time we will hold ineligible item for 48 hours from the date of first contact.  Should we not hear back within 38 hours, we will process the return with the applicable restocking fee withheld (if eligible) or donate the return to charity.
