Return Policy


Hopefully you love everything you have purchased.  If something from your order just didn't work out, no problem!  We love what we do and want you to love your items.  We know finding the right fit can sometimes be challenging, so we offer easy returns to make it easy for you to explore our sweet shop with confidence.

 Please look over your order as soon as you get it.  If you think that you have received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.  If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you.

  • We accept items for return in new condition with the original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery.  
  • Once we get your items back, your refund will be issued within 5 - 7 business days, usually much faster.  You will receive an email confirmation.
  • Please note all final sale items are not eligible for refund or store credit.  Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, damage or are Final Sale items.
  • Include your packing slip with your return. It helps us if you circle the items you wish to return.

  • Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process your return once it is received. 

If an ineligible item is returned to us:

  • Returns postmarked after 30 days from order date are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc)This restocking fee is equal to 10% of the original purchase price or $3 /item whichever is greater.
  • Ineligible returns (including returns that are postmarked after 30 days of order date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld) can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
  • We will make every effort to contact you and during this time we will hold ineligible item for 48 hours from the date of first contact.  Should we not hear back within 38 hours, we will process the return with the applicable restocking fee withheld (if eligible) or donate the return to charity.
