This is a sweet t shirt type top with FrilLEE tulle ruffle sleeves. These could be dressed up or down. I am 5’4” 150 pounds with a 38D bust line. I am wearing the medium. I wear a medium in t shirts. I can wear the small for a more fitted look across the chest.
