This is a gorgeous polyester, tiered ruffle dress. It ties at the shoulder. This has a nice relaxed fit. I am 5’4” 150 pounds with a 38D waistline. I am wearing the small. This looks like it was made to go with our Rosalyn Blazer. This is by Ninexis.
