This piece is so unique and the colors are fabulous. So boutique. This is an oversized, loose fitting tunic with 3/4 length ruffle sleeves. Looks precious with our medium denim flares. I am 5’4 with a 36” bust line and am wearing the S/M. This is by Umgee. You could size down. This is very oversized.
