This is one of my favorite colors! This is such a gorgeous comfortable blouse. This is a loose fitting, polyester blouse. You can wear on or off the shoulder. It has elastic ruffled sleeves. A unique, classy chic blouse in a fabulous color! I am 5’4 with a 36” bust line and am wearing the small. This is by Vine and Love. XL could wear the Large.
