This is a gorgeous little blouse by Umgee. I love this fabric. This has a more fitted cut with a slight drape to the back. It has puff elastic sleeves. Style with your favorite white, blue or black denim. This runs true to size. I am 5’4 145 pounds with a 36 bust line and am wearing the small.
