This is a sweet scalloped sweater with pretty scalloped sleeves. It is not scratchy. Soft against your skin. This fits true to size. I usually wear a women’s small. I wear a size 8 in tops and blouses. I am 5’4 145 pounds and am wearing the small. So cute with denim and our White Woven Mules.
