This is another personal favorite. This is a gorgeous stretchy velvet like fabric in the most gorgeous color. You can wear this buttoned or opened as a jacket as shown. This color looks gorgeous with turquoise. This has a very oversized fit. I am 5’4” 150 pounds and am wearing the small. I have a 38” bust line. I have plenty of room in this. This is by Umgee.
