This is a beautiful 100% cotton eyelet blouse with fitted balloon sleeves at the wrist. There is a tie at the neck in the back as shown. This fits true to size. I am 5’4 145 pounds and am wearing the small. XLarge could wear the large. You could size up if you wanted a more loose fit.
