These are the most comfortable FrilLEE flares. These are more of a Capri cut however falls at the perfect length for the shorter women. These are by Cello. We have sold out of these a couple times when we take them to markets. These are super stretchy. I am 5’4 150 pounds and am wearing the medium. These are so comfortable and make a cute fashion statement.
