This is a gorgeous cut blouse. This is an oversized, loose fitting blouse by Umgee. It is 95% Poly 5% Spandex which is light and has some stretch. This cut is very flattering. XL could wear the the large. I am 5’4 with a 36” bust line and am wearing the small. This is by Umgee.
