This is a gorgeous embroidery puff sleeve open shoulder blouse by Umgee. It is a relaxed fit and so comfortable. I am 5’4” with a 36” bust and am wearing the small. This looks so pretty worn loose or tucked in at front. The embroidery is gorgeous.
